These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website at www.craftyneeds.com. When purchasing from our website, please be sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions as stated below.

Introduction

You will be able to access most areas of the website without registering an account with us, However, If you register and login using a user name and password you will be able to access everything on the website. Customer accounts can be cancelled at any time by contacting us either by email craftyneeds@gmail.com or telephone (+44) 0118 9380 351.  We also reserve the right to cancel customer accounts giving notice to the customer via e-mail.

Currency

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Prices

We make every effort to ensure that all goods on our website are described accurately, However, we will not accept any liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website.  We will attempt to correct any problems when we are made aware of them.

Ordering

When placing an order in your basket, this can removed at any time by viewing your basket and clicking on the remove button. 

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail and will send you an additional email when the goods have been dispatched.

Online Payments

Payments are made using Paypal.  If you do no have a paypal account this can easily be set up by following the link: www.paypal.com 

Shipping/Carriage

We use first class post within the UK and an airmail option for all other coutries.  You should allow up to 5 working days before the despatch to be made to your destination.  For deliveries travelling to other countries please allow this to take up to several weeks.  We do however, strive to deliver as quickly as possible but cannot be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.

Damage in Transit, Returns and Refunds

If you receive damaged goods, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the situation and organise for the goods to be returned.  Please retain all relevant documentation so we can contact the carrier to make an insurance claim. Refunds will be made by paypal.

Returns for Cancellations and Unwanted Items

If you change your mind about any of the goods you have purchased, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods for a full refund. Goods returned should be in saleable condition. We are unable to refund your return postage and the refund will be made via paypal.

Goods not Available

In the event we are unable to send your goods within 5 days on receipt of your order, we will contact you by email to advise you of the situation and ask if you wish to proceed with the transaction.

Confidentiality

We at Crafty Needs do not disclose buyers' information.  Information supplied by the customer is confidential and is only used by us to send you (buyer) promotions, newsletters and orders. We do not supply to outside agencies.

Complaints

This website is operated by Crafty Needs.  We endeavour and are dedicated to provide you with the highest level of customer service.  However, if something should have gone wrong, please do not hesitate to contact Jeanette using email link,  craftyneeds@gmail.com. Jeanette will reply to you within 3 working days of receiving you email.  If the problem can not be resolved with immediate effect, Jeanette will keep you updated via email.

Statutory Rights

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. In no way effect your statutory rights as a customer.

Applicable Law and Courts of Jurisdiction

All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by English Law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to English Legal processes and under the jurisdiction of English Courts.
